Good wine, tricky delivery
I ordered a bottle of The Prisoner Red Blend and a Saldo Zinfandel for a dinner party. The website was easy enough to navigate, and checkout was smooth. I paid for standard shipping, and it took 7 days to reach me in Arizona, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it did arrive securely packaged. The wine itself was excellent, just as I remembered. My only real gripe was the delivery. I had to be home to sign for it, and the courier didn't leave a notice the first time they tried, so I missed it. Had to reschedule, which was a minor hassle. Quality of the wine was top-notch, though.

I just picked up a bottle of the Blindfold White Blend. The website was pretty straightforward, and it arrived in about a week. No problems with the packaging, everything was good. The wine was nice for a casual evening.
Consistent quality always
This was my fifth or sixth time ordering from The Prisoner Wine Company, and as usual, everything was great. I got a couple of bottles of the Abstract and a Thorn Merlot this time. Shipping was free because I bought six bottles, and they arrived in about 5 days to my place in Denver, just like my last few orders. The quality of the wine is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. Never had a bad bottle or any issues with packaging. They really nail it every time.
